About Me

I’m a PACFA registered Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist who supports adolescents and adults navigating various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, body-image concerns, and life transitions. I specialise in the treatment of eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, avoidant or restrictive food intake disorder, and other specified feeding and eating disorder.

My approach is warm, holistic, grounded, and deeply collaborative. Together, we’ll explore the emotional, relational, and somatic layers that shape your experience, at a pace that feels gentle and safe.
